Overview

Ignitor Cards (“we,” “us,” or “our") is a parent-managed service for creating custom sports trading cards from photos of children. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices parents and guardians have.

Information we collect

• Parent/guardian account information: name, email address, password, and birth year (collected to confirm that parent accounts belong to adults 18 or older) used to create and manage the account.
• Child player profiles: first name or nickname, sport, team, position, jersey number, and optional birth year.
• Photos and designs: uploaded player photos, optional team logos, and the card designs created from them.
• Order information: shipping address, order history, and payment-related metadata handled by our payment processor.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how the site is used, such as page views and errors, to keep the service running smoothly.

How we use information

• To create, display, and deliver the trading cards you design.
• To process print orders and digital unlocks.
• To manage Season Pass subscriptions and digital collectible credits.
• To send account-related emails such as confirmations and password resets.
• To enforce our content rules and keep the service safe.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell, rent, license, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. This includes parent account information, child profile information, uploaded photos, and any card designs you create. The only exception is advertising measurement: if you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel reports basic site events to Meta so we can measure our own ads — never your photos, card designs, or account details.

We do not sell or license user-uploaded images. Your photos and card designs belong to you. We use them only to provide the Ignitor Cards service and do not resell them, use them in advertising, or share them outside the service except as needed for printing and delivery.

We do not market to children

Ignitor Cards is designed for parents and guardians to use on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly market to children under 13, and we do not send promotional communications to children. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Sharing with service providers

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site, such as:

• Cloud hosting and database services.
• Payment processing (Stripe) for purchases and subscriptions.
• Print fulfillment partners, only when a printed order is placed.
• Photo safety review services, to help detect inappropriate uploads.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — only if you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel shares basic browsing events (such as page views and purchases) with Meta so we can measure whether our ads lead to visits and orders. You can turn this off at any time in Cookie Settings.

These providers are contractually bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us and are not permitted to sell or use it for their own marketing.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual cards, kid profiles, or your entire account at any time. When you delete content, it is removed from public view and permanently removed from our systems within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep it by law.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls on stored data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

• You can update or delete child profiles from the Kids page.
• You can delete cards and orders from your Collection and Prints pages.
• You can make cards private or public, and revoke sharing at any time.
• You can cancel your Season Pass subscription from your account settings.
