Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Ignitor Cards, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Ignitor Cards is intended for use by parents and legal guardians on behalf of children.

Parent-managed accounts

Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The adult account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs under the account, including the creation of child player profiles and the upload of photos.

Parent accounts are for adults 18 years of age or older. When you create an account, you confirm your age and provide your birth year so we can verify this requirement. Children do not create their own accounts — a child participates only through a parent-managed player profile created by invitation from the parent or guardian, who controls, blocks, or removes that profile at any time.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, logos, and designs you upload or create using Ignitor Cards. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service — for example, rendering your card previews, fulfilling print orders, and generating digital collectibles.

We do not sell, license, or otherwise commercialize your uploaded images or card designs. Your content is used only to operate the Ignitor Cards service for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ignitor Cards to:

• Upload photos or content that are inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.
• Upload photos of people without permission or legal authority.
• Violate any law, including privacy and intellectual-property laws.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its systems.
• Use the service for any purpose other than creating personal trading cards.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

No marketing to children

Ignitor Cards is not directed to children under 13 for their independent use. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and we do not market products or services to children. All accounts and purchases must be managed by a parent or guardian.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Digital unlocks, print orders, and Season Pass subscriptions are processed through our payment provider. Prices are shown before checkout. Subscription billing recurs annually until cancelled by the account holder.

Because digital cards are delivered immediately, digital unlocks are generally not refundable once the card is finalized. Print orders may be cancelled before production begins; if your print order is defective or damaged, contact support and we will work to make it right.

Intellectual property

The Ignitor Cards name, logo, templates, frames, and software are owned by Ignitor Cards. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer them. You may use our templates and frames only as part of the service to create your own cards.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignitor Cards' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 if you made no payment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
